Online Utility Payments – Xpress Bill Pay

 As you may have seen in the recent newsletter, an online utility payment option is now available.  We are excited to announce the arrival of Xpress Bill Pay, an additional utility payment and management tool. 

This is the culmination of many requests from both residents and business owners for an online utility payment option.  After careful research and vendor comparison, the most cost conscientious option for both you, the user, and the Town of Jerome is Xpress Bill Pay. 

With Xpress you will be able to schedule payment online, choosing to pay with credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer. It’s easy and only takes a few minutes each month, or you can set your bill up on Auto Pay to be automatically paid each month.  Payment information entered can be stored in your wallet for future use, whether you choose the automatic payment option, or not.  Xpress is simple to use, all you need is an internet connection and an email address.  Once you sign up for your account every month, you’ll receive an email reminder to let you know when your bill is available online.

Other added benefits and features of Xpress Bill Pay include the ability to reference prior invoices or even choose the paperless billing option.  By selecting paperless billing, you will still receive a monthly invoice email reminder, but you will no longer receive a physical paper invoice.  You will still be able to print invoices and statements from your Xpress account should you ever need to.
