One time single item drop off!

Jerome Public Works would like to offer a 1-time, small item drop-off. We have a 20-yard dumpster at the Town Yard on Perkinsville road and, from now until it is full, you can drop off a single item. You don’t have to call ahead, just come by during normal operation hours of 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and please your item in the dumpster. Please note that we cannot take excessively large items! This means, no sofas, mattresses, or entire garage clean-outs. Also, the normal rules apply: no hazardous waste, liquids, tires, loose/unbagged trash, florescent bulbs, television sets, batteries, or contaminated soil.
Examples of what you CAN drop off: a broken chair or other small piece of furniture, an extra bag of trash, a bundle of sticks or wood scrap, or a single item that would not fit in your normal trash but is small enough to pick up.
Again, this is first-come first-served until the dumpster is full!
